Employment Opportunities

2. Attach a copy of your valid PA driver’s license.
3. Attach a copy of your PA Department of Health Paramedic or EMT certification,
    if applicable.
4. Attach copies of all applicable certifications.
    BCLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or BTLS, and EVOC.
5. Provide a resume.
